ABOUT ME

I’m David Taylor, I’m a local lad Macclesfield born & bred . My Experience I would say started a little later than usual to be honest at the age of 23.  I started in Community Radio , I loved it & I volunteered for 7 years  learning from other DJ’s doing Radio shows & production & attending outside broadcasts. I would help set up at outside events, I had a Radio show on the youth Radio Station.  I also have a stutter aswell , Yes that’s right.

 

Joy of Music.

I have enjoyed listening to music for as long as I can remember ,Listening to my Dads tape cassettes on his Sony Walkman to recording the chart on a Sunday night. I can’t even drive in the car without the Radio on.  In my opinion there is a song for those special moments that makes life so precious.  Life would be very different without music. 

 

Moving onto New Projects.

After being in Radio for 7 years a relative asked me with my Presenter experience to launch a Community Disco which being a new challenge I thought it would be good for me. In October 2015 I started DJing for a Community provided by Cheshire Streetwise Disco for young people with Disabilities up to 17 years. I also became a Dad on November 2015. As my confidence grew from doing the Disco for 18 months.  I decided to go Mobile & launch a DJ business.

 

Going Mobile.

On September 24th 2016 I covered a 40th birthday party for a DJ mate & StreetSounds Mobile Disco was born. When I DJ for your Special Occasion , I like to believe I’m giving you value for Money , Memories to last & providing a Quality Service.  Every Event I DJ for , I consider it a privilege that you have asked me to be part of you Special Occasion for those precious few hours.  I find it a pleasure knowing you & your friends & family have had a night to remember.
